This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit calcosmo.com, why we do so and what rights you have. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible?

Calcosmo is a trade name of F&J Partners VOF, KvK 97743771. The data controller is F&J Partners VOF, registered in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@lanverto.com.

Your calculations stay with you

All calculators on this site run entirely in your own browser. The numbers you enter, such as your salary, weight or date of birth, are not sent to us and are not stored by us. When you close the page, they are gone.

What data do we process?

Server logs. The company hosting this website records technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to keep the website secure and reliable and to detect abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. These logs are kept for a short time and then deleted automatically. The hosting provider is GoDaddy.com, LLC / GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC (Tempe, Arizona, United States). For any transfer of personal data to the United States, GoDaddy is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your preferences. In your browser’s local storage we save whether you consented to advertising cookies and whether you closed the language banner, so we don’t ask again on every visit. This storage contains no personal data.

Email. If you email us, we only use your name, email address and message to answer your question. We don’t keep emails longer than needed, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Ads from Google

To keep the calculators free, we show ads via Google AdSense. Google acts as an independent data controller. We only load Google’s ad code if you give consent in the cookie banner. Google and its partners may then use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, measure their performance and, depending on your choices, personalise ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Data such as your IP address and a cookie ID may be processed, also outside the European Economic Area. Google uses appropriate safeguards for this, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

If you don’t consent, we don’t load any ad code and no advertising cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Retention

We don’t keep personal data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for. Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting company. For Google’s retention periods, please see Google’s privacy policy.

Sharing with others

We don’t sell your data. We only share data with parties needed to run the site, such as the hosting company (as processor) and, with your consent, Google for ads. We also share data when required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing, restrict processing and request data portability. Send your request to info@lanverto.com; we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the supervisory authority in your own country.

Security

The website is only served over a secure connection (https). Because we don’t use accounts or forms with personal data, we keep the amount of data we process as small as possible.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
